Specific moulds and formworks for the companies doing prefabricated elements

Coffrages Gaillard has its own technics to conceive specific moulds for the companies specialized in concrete elements.

Our orders concern many different kinds of moulds and options, to conceive tailor-made concrete pieces. They come from different ordering institutions, and some of them have been collaborating with us for a long time. We know how to meet each expectation, by offering autonomous moulds, options to complete metal moulds, or even equipment for the pouring on metallic table.

Our autonomous mould

Our experience and our fabrication processes allow us to offer some concrete solutions to any request. We can offer formworks made with wood (stairs, elevator shaft), polystyrene or a wood/metal combination (bridge deck for example). We can also provide moulds that are formed in elastomer, silicon or polyurethane.

Thanks to these different materials, we are able to meet some unique expectations, but we can also provide series of concrete pieces (poles, bridge piles, balconies). One of our quality is the knowledge of the constraints of the different kinds of concrete, we can therefore anticipate different pouring.

Our formwork equipmen

For the companies in the precast elements, we offer different kinds of equipment that can be associated with the tables, formworks or form panels.

For a subsidiary of Vinci, we produced oval poles to set up on metallic form panels, in order to pour a series of 30 concrete pieces. The installation of the poles on the form panels was made directly on site by two of our technicians. We intervened again on this site after several pouring to do a complete rehabilitation of the formworks, so our client was able to pour every pieces with a perfect finishing, even the last ones.

Our option

Our formworks and equipment can be sold with some options, as removable parts to adapt moulds to different pieces.

Our design office offers different options to adapt to every specification:

Stairs: half-turning, quarter turn, spiral… We can also propose different pieces that can adapt to metallic formworks, in order to pour very specific kind of stairs.
Equipment: our equipment (to be put on table) can be conceived with removable parts, you can therefore reduce the cost by pouring different concrete element with a single formwork
Matrix: we can equip our formworks with matrix, to give concrete pieces a different aspect at the finishing (stone effect, wood effect…)
Demoulding: our works are produced with inclining sides to easily extract them out of the poured elements.
